Time:  8:30am-3:30pm

Additional Info: 

• Lunch will be provided. 
• Please bring your laptop and something to write with.
• 1 advisor per school (preferably the lead advisor)

 Officers Training - 10/29/26

Time:  8:00am-1:00pm
Location: Northeast High School - JROTC Obstacle Course (located west of the baseball field)
Cost Per Student: TBD
Cost Per Adult: $0

Additional Info: 

• Lunch will be provided. 
• Maximum of 10 students per chapter
• Students will participate in team building activities including going through the JROTC obstacle course.
• Students should wear school appropriate clothing for active outside activities.  All students MUST wear tennis shoes.
• We will be outside the entire time, so sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are recommended.  Hair ties are also recommended.

All Advisors:

• Complete the Officer Training Registration Form​ by 10/9
• MUST have the completed student waivers signed and with you to turn in when you arrive.  Any student without a signed waiver will be sent home. ​
  • Advisors MUST arrive before their students with the waivers and stay until all your students have left or been picked up.
• ​Signup to bring Snacks & Drinks.

Fall Rally - 11/10/26

Time: 8:15am-12:30pm

Additional Information:

• All Advisors MUST attend. 
• Adult Expectations:
  • All adults attending MUST be in business attire (not business casual)
  • All advisors should be circulating the room during the activities that require student attention.  If a student has earbuds in and/or is on their device have them put it away.  If they don't find their advisor to deal with it.  Any student being defiant should be reported to the district directors and their advisor.
